Terms for Shipping

WarehouseSupps is shipping out of Houston, Texas! Now offering free standard shipping shipping to the USA on any order over $50, but weight is less than 10lbs. If its over 10lbs, you will be charged shipping by weight. Anything under $50, starts at only $4.99 depending the weight.

When it comes to Mondays and or Holidays, it might take up to the next business day due to the increase in sales during that time.

During the Holidays, like Black Friday and Christmas, all orders will have shipping delayed due to the large amount of orders. Please contact customer service at contact@warehousesupps.com  if you have any questions on your package.
 
Shipping Options
Our shipping options are auto-calculated based on the weight and distance accordingly to our shipping vendors which include:  USPS & DHL. 

All shipments that are placed AFTER  5pm will not be shipped out until the FOLLOWING business day. Weekends do not count as business days. Next day air, second day air, and 3 day select only ship out on business days. Weekends do not count as business days.

*Example: If order is placed on Thursday for 2 day air in the morning BEFORE 1pm, it will ship out Thursday, but will not get to you til Monday due to weekends not being included.

Free Shipping
Many individual products on our website are free shipping, no matter your total. As for spend $100 get free shipping, that only applies to packages under 10lbs.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this moment. 

Taxes
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your package. 

Address Errors
Errors sometimes happen when you enter your address information. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. If we ship your package to an incorrectly entered address, we can sometimes re-route it, but you may incur additional charges from that carrier. Also, if we have to re-ship your package (after we receive the first one back), you will be charged for shipping. If you were not able to change it, please contact us at contact@warehousesupps.com  and we will help you with the process. 

Lost Packages
While 99% of our packages shipped have no issues, sometimes packages are lost during transit. If your package is lost and your tracking is not being updated, please notify us. We will have to wait for the entire shipping time frame before filing a case and re-shipping your package, as required by the carrier.

Fraud
WarehouseSupps uses a 3rd party fraud prevention company to monitor all transactions coming in. This is done instantly and you won't even notice. This is to help protect not only us, but our customers. If your order is flagged for fraud, you will be required to give more verification information before the product is shipped.

In Stock vs Out of Stock
If a product shows "In Stock", it will normally ship out same (if ordered before 1pm CT) or next day. If a product lists "Out of Stock", we will most likely not be getting that product again. If it says "Shipping Delayed", that product is on order and will be shipped out as soon as it returns to inventory. Orders ship out once the order in it's entirety is all in stock and ready to ship.

Returns:

Return Policy
WarehouseSupps' policy is valid from 30 days when you receive your package. If 30 days have gone by since the day of receiving package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges can be made on open items and or items that have half the bottle still remaining, depending upon inspection.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged. Please refer to this list

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Prohormones
- Testosterone Boosters/ Andro Products

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. All returns must be accompanied and authorized by our staff. Please email us at contact@warehousesupps.com and we will help you. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will start once we get the original package back. Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Partial refunds deemed applicable by WarehouseSupps   
- Your order contains delayed item(s) past the shipping timeframe

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@warehousesupps.com 


Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can only be done if:

- Item is half used
- Item is opened
- Item is expired.

Damaged Products (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the different item, or get a courtesy reship, send us an email at contact@warehousesupps.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If item is free shipping, this will not be refunded as it is free shipping. This will be waived if your product is damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Cancellations

At WarehouseSupps, we understand sometimes you may have to cancel your order. 

If you need to cancel your order, it needs to be done before your order has shipped out. If it has not been shipped out, we can easily cancel your order for a full refund. If your order has shipped, you will need to return the unopened items back to our warehouse, which then we will refund you minus any shipping costs. Please see our Returns/Exchanges page for information on returning a package.

In order to cancel an order, you need to contact us at contact@warehousesupps.com. We cannot accept cancellations through our online form, or on social media, as we may not check those for up to 24 hours. This includes any change to the shipping address, removal or additions to an order, and order cancellations. When calling, please have your order number ready.

Coupons cannot be reused after they've been used once per order regardless of whether the order has been canceled or not.
